Datacom, one of Australasia’s leading IT service providers, has received the Frost & Sullivan 2017 Australia Contact Center Services Growth Excellence Leadership Award for market-leading growth and business innovation.
Now in their twelfth consecutive year, the Frost & Sullivan Australia Excellence Awards program recognises companies and individuals that have risen above the competition and demonstrated outstanding performance in the Australian market in areas including leadership, technological innovation, customer service and strategic product development.
Datacom’s Connect business has built on its traditional strength in contact centre operations, successfully evolving to include customer experience technologies, service design, virtual assistance, behavioural economics, and business intelligence and analytics.
