  Datacom has invested heavily in the training and development of its people. As of 2006 over 4 certified trainers and 3 additional development coaches focus on individual training across our different business units and teams.

Datacom immediately involves new employees into the training scheme by starting them off with 1-2 day induction courses depending on their area of work. This assures that new employees understand the business, learn the Vision, Values and focuses of their job role.
