Datacom Blitzes the Field at the Contact Centre World Awards APAC Region

Datacom last night blitzed the global field of contenders at the APAC region Contact Centre World Awards, taking out first place in three categories and runner up in one other. Datacom was also Highly Commended for Best Contact Centre over 100 seats.
Datacom was awarded:
- Best Sales Agent in APAC (gold medal)? Edwin Law (Australia)
- Best Customer Service Agent in APAC (Gold Medal)? Kylie Leanne Johnson (Australia)
- Best Trainer in APAC (Gold medal)? Sonia Gorgievska (Australia)
- Best Supervisor in APAC (Silver medal) ? Evan Donnelly (Australia)
- Best Contact Centre over 250 seats (Highly Commended) ? Represented by Todd Gorsuch (Australia & SEA)
The prestigious Contact Centre World Awards showcase the best in the industry for the APAC region.
