  Datacom Named Finalist Contact Centre World Awards

Datacom is proud to announce it has been named as a finalist in six categories for the APAC region in the Contact Centre World Awards, which will be announced on 25-27 June in Sydney, Australia.

Datacom is a finalist of these prestigious awards which showcase the best in the industry for the APAC region. All finalists will be presenting and winners will be announced at the Contact Centre World Awards event in June.

Datacom is a finalist in the categories of Best Contact Centre, Best in Customer Service, Best Customer Service Agent, Best Contact Centre Sales Agent; Best Supervisor; and Best Trainer.
