Datacom provide preventative and reactive onsite support services across Australia and New Zealand.  

Some of the activities performed by the onsite support staff include:

  • - Installations, moves and changes (Hard MACs).
     
  • - Onsite support of the end user desktop environment if issue cannot be resolved remotely.
     
  • - VIP onsite support.
     
  • - End user Computing environment preventative maintenance tasks.
     
  • - Post implementation support for projects.
