Datacom’s Data Centre Services comprise all the hands-on monitoring needed to ensure that your equipment and applications continue to operate around the clock.

Our Data Centre Services team work 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  Datacom's Data Centre Services include:

• Proactive Monitoring and management of the data centre environment
   
• Provision and monitoring of alarmed temperature, humidity and air-quality (including redundancy)
   
• Monitoring of alarmed fire protection system, with gas suppression and hand-held fire extinguisher backup system
   
• Monitoring of power systems (the UPS, generator and mains) via the environmental monitoring and alarm system
   
• Backup and recovery services including provisioning of backup media and co-ordination of offsite secure storage
   
• Remote hands services’ from basic reboots to processing of critical and / or complex application batch processes
   
• Provision of systems, hardware and support services, electrical installation services, shelving, racking, data-cabling and interconnection with telecommunications providers
