Friendly Societies have existed in Australia since 1836, with community members contributing to a common fund which provides vital medical and other services to those in the group who become ill, lose work or suffer hardship.

To continue fulfilling its mission of providing ‘friendly, quality healthcare’ in a competitive marketplace, the Friendly Society Private Hospital chose Datacom to assist in consolidating internal reporting systems and build a ‘dashboard’ management tool to harness disparate information sources across the Society.
