Microsoft Tech Ed Conference's are the biggest IT event for technical professionals with expert speakers attending from all over the world and the depth of Datacom’s Software and Integration team has been recognised with several staff being invited to present at TechEd Australia and TechEd New Zealand.
The Microsoft conferences profile the spectrum of Microsoft products and technologies, bringing together the expertise and learnings from customers, partners and Microsoft subject matter experts.
The Datacom staff who have been invited to present are all experts in their areas of knowledge - Ben Gracewood, Ian Randall, Ratnakar Garikipati, Darryl Wolfaardt, Lewis Benge and Omar Besiso - and combined will bring qualified perspectives on a variety of topics including mobility application development and monetisation for the impending Windows Phone 7, XAML application development using the Model-View-View Model pattern and the new SQL RS 2010. Ratnakar Garikipati will be joining his customer, North Shore City Council to speak about the multi award winning work which was co-developed with the Microsoft NZ Consulting services team. This involved implementing MOSS 2007 for the Council, and developing and delivering Council’s new website, customer services portal and Online Consenting Solution.
The Australian conference takes place in the Gold Coast on 24-27 August and the New Zealand conference is on the following week in Auckland. The Australian and New Zealand multi-day conferences are attended by several thousand IT professionals with hundreds of concurrent sessions covering 15 tracks.
