For the second year running, Datacom has been awarded “Best IT Services Firm <$500M” at the BRW Client Choice Awards for 2010.
The
BRW Client Choice Awards are based on quantitative research into buyers of professional services, conducted independently by Beaton Consulting. This year over 28,000 buyers participated in the research. The selection of the finalists and winners is determined exclusively by the data. As there is no judging panel it is the opinions of clients that count towards the Awards.
Contributing to Datacom’s win is their consultative culture of full disclosure, aligned to industry best practice standards and certifications. A thorough focus on employee engagement and recognition of how it relates to client engagement is also key to the company’s success. The economic environment of the past 12 months has seen a shift in control and in the relationship between the winners and the client. Clients have never been better positioned to negotiate on price and demand a superior level of service. Datacom’s foundation of client feedback programs and other initiatives designed to monitor engagement, performance and outcomes has allowed them to respond to this shift
Datacom’s CEO Michael Browne is thrilled to have secured this win two years a row.
“This is a fantastic outcome and as a company we can feel rightly pleased that our clients’ endorsement formed the basis on which these awards were won in 2009 and again in 2010. These awards speak to the consistent quality of our service delivery and our ability to add meaningful value to our clients’ businesses over an extended period of time” he commented.
Datacom extend special thanks to all our clients for their votes of confidence and to our people who deliver the human side of our service.
