Hot on the heels of their success in 2007/08 Datacom Systems WA has once again been selected as one of WA’s Top Ten Rising Stars, with special recognition for being the youngest company in the top ten.
By meeting a list of criteria including company fiscal information, past and present growth potential and strategic capability and communication initiatives, Datacom was lucky enough to be selected out of hundreds of entrants to place second in the 2009 Business News Rising Stars Award.
As part of the criteria for nomination Datacom needed to advise the Judges why our strategy is effective and has helped to build the business. Our response, "Financial Success has not been and will never be the core focus of our existence – Customers for life, Operational Efficiency and Winning the talent war will always be our key drivers of success." This focus has allowed Datacom to be able to build a solid base with core clients and exceptional staff who have the skill, depth and knowledge for Datacom to succeed.
Final selection for the Top Ten Rising Stars was undertaken by a panel of Qualified Judges from some of WA’s biggest organisations in differing areas of industry to offer a well rounded Judging panel.
